1. Who we are
Cash My House 24/7 ("we," "us," "our") is a real estate investment business that buys residential property in Georgia for its own account. By using cashmyhouse247.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use and Disclaimer (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. We are not real estate agents or brokers
We are not licensed real estate agents, brokers or salespersons, and we do not act as your agent, broker, fiduciary or representative. We do not list property for sale, show property, or represent you in any transaction. When we make an offer, we are a buyer acting in our own interest, and our interests may be different from yours. You are free to consult a licensed real estate agent, attorney, accountant or other professional of your choosing before, during or after any dealings with us, and we encourage you to do so.
3. No legal, tax, financial or professional advice
Everything on the Site, including our guides, FAQs, area pages, comparisons and calculator, is general information only. It is not legal, tax, financial, accounting, appraisal or real estate advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. Laws, procedures, court requirements, fees and timelines change and vary by county and by case. Do not rely on the Site to make decisions about your property, an estate, a foreclosure, taxes or any legal matter.
4. Information may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date

No agreement exists between you and us until a written purchase and sale agreement is signed by both parties, and then only on the terms of that written agreement. All purchases are subject to inspection, clear and marketable title, and the terms and contingencies of the signed agreement. Closings are handled by an independent closing attorney.
6. Information you submit and how we contact you
When you submit a form, call or text us, you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You agree that we may contact you about your property by phone call, text message and email at the number and address you provide, including by automated means. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of selling to us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling or emailing you at any time. If you enter an address on our form and leave before finishing, we may still receive that address. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Third-party services and links
The Site uses third-party services, including address suggestions from Google and OpenStreetMap, form delivery and website analytics, and may link to other websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, websites, content, accuracy or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. No warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASH MY HOUSE 24/7 AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, THE SITE OR ANY INFORMATION ON IT, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST EQUITY, LOST OPPORTUNITIES OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY. YOU USE THE SITE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Any rights and obligations relating to an actual purchase are governed only by the signed written purchase agreement for that property.
10. Security of your information; use at your own risk

We do not guarantee that the Site, or any information you submit or that we hold, will be free from unauthorized access, hacking, data breaches, theft, interception, loss or misuse, including by third parties or our service providers. 11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cash My House 24/7 and its owners, members, managers, employees, agents and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Site, information you submit, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false or misleading information, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to collect its content. The Site's content, design and branding belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
